MCM 2-Row Brewers Malt is the perfect base to paint your beer masterpiece on. Excellent brewhouse performance combined with a clean, sweet malt profile lends itself to any beer style. The color is light gold and the flavor and aroma profile is sweet and malty with undertones of honey and cracker.

This malt is very well modified, so expect good yield and easy processing.
