Montana Craft Malt MCM Pale Ale (2.5L)

MCM Pale Ale goes through an intense final curing cycle to drive light melanoidin flavors of bread crust, toast and biscuity baked goods. This malt creates just enough complexity to be well suited for session beers, IPAs and stouts.

This malt is very well modified, so expect good yield and easy processing.

Grown exclusively in partnership with Montana farmers and malted at the Butte facility, this base malts provide an ideal foundation upon which to build any beer.

• Moisture: less than 5%
• Extract: 80% FGDB
• Color: 2.3 - 2.9°L / 2.4 - 3.2 SRM
• Protein: less than 12.5%
